1984-1989. Worked as a geologist, head of the Tuostakhsk party of the Slavyansk geological-exploration expedition of the "Yakutskgeologiya" All-Union Geological Exploration Expedition.
1989-2012. He held the positions of geologist, head of the site, head of the prospecting and surveying party, director of the Center of Regional Geological Research Pivnichgeologiya (now State Enterprise "Ukrainian Geological Company").
2012-2020. He worked in managerial positions at private exploration companies of Tutkovsky Group and Nadra Group.

- Defense of the PhD thesis on "Peculiarities of the geological structure and composition of supracrustal and ultrametamorphic formations of the Rosinskaya-Tikitskaya block of the Ukrainian Shield" (2008).

- author of more than 30 scientific works, including 3 collective monographs, author, co-author and editor of 17 sheets of the State Geological Map of Ukraine at a scale of 1: 200 000. Author and co-author of more than 20 production geological reports.
- member of the National Petrographic and National Stratigraphic (Precambrian Section), Interdepartmental Tectonic Committees of Ukraine, Scientific Council for Prognostication of Solid Mineral Resources, and Scientific Editorial Board of the State Service for Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine.
- Member of the Board of the SE "Union of Geologists of Ukraine".
- Chairman of the Ukrainian National Vetting Committee (NVC) of the European Federation of Geologists (EFG).
Research interests: petrology and metallogeny of Precambrian granitoids, geology of gold and rare metal deposits. Discovered and evaluated deposits of gold, antimony (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Russia), rare metals (tantalum), apatite ores, construction materials (Ukraine), provided consulting services on geology of gold deposits to mining companies in Mongolia, Ghana, Mali, Tanzania.
